My Contribution to the Thanksgiving Dinner and Big News!!!

Hello, I just finished making this wonderful pie!!! Ummm it's called a Turtle Pumpkin Pie, I have the Recipe below. But First I have the most exciting news... My Friend Katie emailed me last night and she is officially Courting!!! and a plus to this wonderful news, I know the wonderful guy she's courting!!!! His name is Nathan, his brother has preached for our youth rally and we have known their family for a long time.
I know that the Lord will bless their courtship, and guide them through this exciting time in their life!!! She said she just can't stop smiling!!!! It's so cool!!!!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and so me and my family will head down the road to my Granny's, for a delicious dinner!!!! I hope everyone has a Blessed Thanksgiving!!!!!!

What You Need!
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping, divided
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecans, divided
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Make It!
POUR 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
BEAT dry pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin and spices with whisk until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP, caramel topping and nuts just before serving.
