Easter Sunday

Easter afternoon

Easter Sunday, what a wonderful day. A time to remember the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though the world tries to twist it around to make it all about ''the Easter Bunny'' and Easter eggs. But we as Christians can take what the devil meant to distract us from salvation's story, we can use to point to Christ.
We all know there is no such thing as the Easter bunny, though it has nothing to do with salvation, rabbits can remind us of creation and how spring time brings new life. Often we crush every little joy and excitement of every holiday and special things for children, when we can still have fun, joy, and laughter in the Christian life. We truly do have the ultimate joy on Easter, to know the Savior is Risen. We do not serve a dead God, He is alive and well!
We can take everything spring offers and point it to God.
