He's Already in Your Tomorrow

This is one of my favorite songs, it encourages me so much...To Know that God knows what My tomorrow holds, and He is going to be there with me whatever I'm going to face. So we shouldn't be afraid to face our future or be afraid to do great things for the Lord.

My favorite verse of this song is the second one...Because sometimes Where I am in my life, I dread the future and cling to the present. Sometimes with people discouraging me, my dreams get pushed away and smashed down...and at times I give up on them. But that shouldn't be, I want to do great things for the Lord, I never want to give up on my dreams...
Often you struggle looking ahead,
Dreading tomorrow, it seems.
Embracing the present, forgetting the past,
Giving up on your dreams
You're standing between, your faith and your fear
Yet no matter the conflict the future is clear.

My Future is so clear...I'll continue to serve the Lord, do His will, walk through each door He opens in my life...until He closes them...and He'll be right there beside me. Because...

He's already in your tomorrow;
He's walking one step ahead. Whether its joy or its sorrow,
He'll do just what He said.
He'll never leave you lonely,
In the land of the great unknown.
He's already in your tomorrow;
Don't be afraid to keep pressing on

So Don't let anyone ever discourage you from doing something great for God! Don't let your Faith turn into Fear....Like the devil will try and do, he'll send little things to discourage you..through your closest friends, If God gives you a desire...or a dream...sometimes even your Christian friends wont understand, and dont want you to do something great for Him, But keep pressing on. Listen to God, not them.

Well I guess that's all I have to say~ Have a Good night Ya'll!

Across the Miles...There's Someone Praying for You

All around this world I've traveled
Through it all I've come to find
The ties that bind can come unraveled
I've had to face some lonely times
But when I'm tired and feeling low
Oh what a comfort it is to know

Across the miles there's someone praying for me
Across the miles there's someone on their knees
Lifting my name to the Lord above
In joy and pain I can feel the love
And see you smile
Across the miles

Life can be so complicated
Walking through it on your own
When kindred hearts are separated
It gives love a chance to grow
And even though I'm so far away
Oh I'm reminded every day

Across the miles there's someone praying for me
Across the miles there's someone on their knees
Lifting my name to the Lord above
In joy and pain I can feel the love
And see you smile
Across the miles

Little Children Coming unto Him

But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Today I had the joy of showing the plan of Salvation to two little ones. I know that someone else could have spoken more eloquently and explained it better, But I told them how God could save them, how simple it really was...and Praise the Lord, both Emily and Juan received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior!!!!!! God is so Good, and Salvation is so simple...that all it takes is the Faith of a child to receive it! I am so happy, that God could use me...though I am nothing...use me to help someone else know how they can go to heaven. Thank you Lord for saving souls today!!!!!!!

Here Am I

Last night we were blessed to have Bro. Brenson and Joanna Jennings, missionaries to Niger, Africa. It was really such a blessing to have this couple in our church and in our home.
It was such an encouraging service last night, he preached a very convicting and uplifting sermon...you could really tell he had a heart for where he was going, and he was willing to go anywhere for the cause of Christ.
Please do pray for them as they head off to the mission field soon.

I also enjoyed hearing how him and his wife knew it was God's will for them to go to this specific place. As Christian's that should be one of our greatest desires to know God's will for our lives. That is one of my desires, to do whatever He wants me to do, to go wherever God wants me to go, to always be in the center of God's will. Like the Preacher said last night, that is the best and the safest place to be, wherever you are..if you are in God's will, then you are in His hands, and No man can pluck you out!
So I asked myself last night, would you be willing to go anywhere God told you go?
And this song came to my mind...

So many lost and dying in this world today
Have you heard their crying
Or do you turn away
The harvest now is plenteous
But the laborers are few.
God needs some willing vessels to be used.

Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

Is it too late for caring
Does Jesus really save
Are we truly praying
For the blind to find their way
Little children are falling into
A burning Hell
Will anyone heed the calling to go and tell?

For my Saviour died
On that old rugged cross
He thought of me when
He counted the cost
How can I say that I love Him
If I don't reply?

Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

Written By; Stephen Snider

So Lord, Here am I...I will serve you here until you call me somewhere else, I pray I will always be in your will. I pray that my will, will never get in the way...As it so often tries.I pray that Your mighty hand of blessings will be on my life, and my familie's lives. We don't deserve you Lord, we don't deserve Salvation, we are so unworthy of everything you have ever done, we complain about the little things, and forget to praise You and thank you for being so good...But yet You keep blessing us.
I'll never understand, how a God so great...could love a sinner so horrible as me.
But I am so glad He does...I love my Lord Jesus Christ, and I praise His Holy Name, and I surrender my life to Him!!!!!!

Living By Faith

On Monday, me and my family went to hear a Preacher in a local revival...the service was really a blessing to me.
The preacher preached on Faith, how we get faith, how faith is not logical...how faith is the substance of things hoped for...the evidence of things not seen. How God wants to do even greater things than we want to do in our lives...He wants to give us even better things than we ask for. God has so many things in our lives that He wants to give us, if we'd only ask.
All through my life I have tried to have Faith to move mountains, to see prayers answered, I've always tried to never doubt God. Do you know how hard that is? In this world, do you know how hard that really is? But you know it's not just this world that has discouraged me in having faith that God can do anything, He can answer my prayers...Sometimes it's been my Christian Friends...that think I'm crazy because I believe that God hears my prayers, and wants to give me good things Because He loves me. Because I go to Him, with my greatest needs, and my smallest wants...Because I believe God is going to answer my prayer if it's His will. They say well you shouldn't just ask for that certain thing...or you shouldn't believe that, because something might happen and you might get hurt.
I mean really? God wants us to ask for things, God wants us to trust Him... We are not afraid to ask our earthly father for the things our heart desires, we are not afraid he will hurt us..and we are not afraid that he will do something that is bad for us, Because we know he loves us. Do you not think our Heavenly Father would do even better? The Bible tells us that God loves it when we ask for things, God loves us and wants to give us good things! Why should we be afraid to ask...just like our earthly father, our heavenly Father knows best, and if you ask him for it...God will show you his will.
The older I get, the more I search God's word, the more faith I recieve...God is so good. The more I see how good He is, the more faith I recieve. You know sometimes it hurts when other people look down on me for trusting that God is going to take care of me, Because I'd love for them to say, ''I'm going to have faith about this, too..let me pray with you.'' But I guess I can't control that, wish I could....but sadly I can't. So when friends don't get you, when they don't agree with you, when they say your crazy...if you have scripture, then they are the ones that are crazy...God is a faithful friend.
Remember Faith is the substance of things ''hoped for'', the evidence of things'' not seen''...

Dreaming

A Dream is a wish your heart makes...
Last night I think that was true, I had a wonderful dream....Why am I posting this, I do not know. I've been rather daydreamy lately~ Perhaps it's the books I've been reading, don't you hate when your reading a book and you wish you could be in the book. Well I'm like that, I just imagine myself in the book, like I'm on the Missionfield in one fighting the heat, and trying to win little children to the Lord...or I'm being rescued by my Knight in shining Armor... ''Ahhhhh''
Okay enough rambling, Sarah would tell me I seriouslly need to get a life...Sorry~

Today was an Awesome day in church...lol ''Awesome'' no I'm not going to California...
But we had lot's of visitors today, and two new little boys in me and Mama's sunday school class, Jared and Taylor...pray they'll come next Sunday, too. The Lord is truly blessing, just to tell those of you I know who have been praying. Oh here's something to add to your prayer list...I have been enlisted to teach Sunday School...Boh...Boh...Bohhhh!!! I have been a helper since I was 13, in children's church, anyone's sunday school class, that's just my ministry.... But a teacher I am not. For some reason Daddy and Mama have been making me step out of my little comfort zone lately. I have started my own Bank account, oooo I know.... ummm cooking more.... and now this, Teaching...ahhh I'm like I can't what if I say something totally wrong and confuse the little kids, or even worse what if one of the smart ones ask me some smartical question?????
Well of course, they know just what to say....''What if one day your husband starts a church and you are the only one who can teach a Sunday school class?'' They just love to take my dreams and use them againest me. lol
So I will be teaching Sunday School next Sunday for the first time in my life...please pray...I will definitely need it!

Well I suppose I will have to be done with this post, Jennifer has to check her email!!!! That is something she does alot...I mean you think after talking to a guy all afternoon, you wouldn't be in such a hurry to read a email...I'm kidding, I suppose if the Lord allows I will be 10 times worse. I mean you think about it, how wonderful would it be to know with peace in your heart that God had personally given you such a blessing. I mean with out a doubt, you know that you were brought together by God himself!!!! I hope that that dream of mine will one day come true...No matter how your heart is dreaming if you keep on believing...a dream that you wish..or (pray)...will come true~

What is Impossible with God?

I love this scene, I think I've said that before...But I just love to see how God blessed and answered prayer at the end. It just shows how God loves us so much, and how when we have faith... He really does answer prayer! I've seen some of those prayers answered the past couple of days, and I'm going to keep praying...Because I know that nothing is impossible with God!
Just remember that God will bless when you have faith and do His will~*
Keep the Faith and Have a Wonderful Night!

In God's Hand

In God's Hands, I'm in Good hands
My Soul is Safe and Secure
In God's hands, Sweet Assurance
It's Good to know I'm in God's hands
Sometimes it seems a Trial lasts too long,
It's scarcly past and I must face another one,
And when I've done the very best I can,
It's time to leave it in God's hands
I love this song, I've been singing it alot lately. It is so Good to know I'm in God's hands, and He's going to take care of me. Could you imagine Life out of the safty of His Hands? So many times we change and turn, but God doesn't, He's still holding firm...He still holds us safe in His hands. If I can only learn to just trust in that, trust that He has it all under control, I mean with all He has already done for us...why is it so hard to trust?

Preparing For Rain

Me and My Family just watched our Favorite Movie...Facing the Giants.
It is such a powerful movie, I can't get through it without crying..hehe
Sometimes I feel like David in the movie, I'm so small and I wonder how God can use me...Oh it is such an encouraging movie, because at the end God uses the little and the small to defeat the giants! I love the end of the movie where Coach Taylor goes to the team and asks everyone''What is Impossible with God?'' and everyone replies ''Nothing, Coach!''.
I wanted to share a part that stood out in my mind today...
Sometimes when you think I'm finished, what can God do with me?Or you feel as low as you can go...God sends someone your way, to Pray for you...to give you scripture...to encourage you to Prepare for Rain. Someone did that today for me...If we could only realize the Power of Prayer, Me and my Family have talked about this recently, we just don't pray enough...We should pray a hedge of protection around each other, around our church...around your Pastor.
I love this old man in the movie, He prayed for the Kid's as he passed their lockers, His prayers caused a Revival in that Christian School...What would happen if we prayed? If we had enough Faith to prepare for rain...and believe that God can answer our Prayers! I'm convinced God would work miracles in our lives...Here's the Video, that encouraged me today...I put the reverence he uses at the bottom, from the KJB...Enjoy!
Revelation 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Faithfully I'm Yours

This post is for my Sweetheart(where ever he is), I saw these words on Katie's Blog ''God will bless those who wait'' awhile back and just had to put them on here and since it will soon be Valentines Day...well I just wanted to post these words.
I know my sweetheart, the man God made for me is out there...and I am going to wait patiently here until he comes! Until then these words are for him...
Tonight I saw a shooting star
Made me wonder where you are
For years I have been dreaming of you
And I wonder if you're thinking of me too
In this world of cheap romance
And love that only fades after the dance
They say that I'm a fool to wait for something more
How can I really love someone I've never seen before
But I have longed for true love every day that I have lived
And I know that real love is all about learning how to give
So I pray that God will bring you to me
And I pray you'll find me waiting faithfully

Faithfully, I am yours
From now until forever
Faithfully, I will write
Write you a love song with my life
Cause this kind of loves worth waiting for
No matter how long it takes I am yours
Faithfully

Tonight I saw two lovers kiss
Reminded me of my own loneliness
They say that I'm a fool to keep on praying for you
How can I give up pleasure for a dream that won't come true
But I will keep believing that God still has a plan
And though I can't see you now,
I know that he can
And someday I will give you all of me
Until I find you, I'll be waiting faithfully

Faithfully, I am yours
From now until forever
Faithfully, I will write
Write you a love song with my life
Cause this kind of loves worth waiting for
No matter how long it takes I am yours
Faithfully

God is My Refuge

When clouds of doubt hover o're me
Angry waves toss me to and fro
There is a place I can go
He's the shield from every tempest
He's an Anchor that is sure in times like these
It's good to know

God is my Refuge
a Strong and Mighty tower
that I can run to
God is my Refuge
without Him what would I do

Once I wandered from His sheltor
Just ahead I could not see
Those dark clouds so heavy with rain
When the rains blew hard againest me He called out
And I ran to Him and now I am safe from the storm

Mountain Moving Faith

So Many Christians say they have Faith that God can move Mountains...
But have a Bull-Dozer at the bottom of the mountain...just in case.
I want to have a Mountain moving faith! I want to believe that God is going to do Great things in my life, going to answer some of my greatest...and smallest prayers. I'm claiming Mark 11:22&23...God can do this...I used to think, I know God can do anything, I know he can work miracles...but I thought, But God wont do it for me. Now I know that yes, God will do this for me...if it's his will. He'll hear my prayers, and I believe he will answer them!!!!
I'm gonna have faith, and I'm not going to doubt it in my heart....I'm not going to have an alernate plan, just in case~ There is Nothing too Hard For God!

Mark 11:22-24

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

God is Still Speaking..

I have heard this story so many times, But today a friend of mine Sarah Covey sent it to me....it again brought tears to my eyes. It is a wonderful story of how God can use his servants, if we'd only listen! He is still speaking today, if we would only listen, have faith, and know that it's God...Please read this story!!!and if you have a blog, email, facebook, or whatever...pass it on!!!
A young man had been to Wednesday Night Bible Study.
The Pastor had shared about listening to God and obeying the Lord's voice
The young man couldn't help but wonder, 'Does God still speak to people?'

After service, he went out with some friends for coffee and pie and they discussed the message. Several different ones talked about how God had led them in different ways.

It was about ten o'clock when the young man started driving home. Sitting in his car, he just began to pray, 'God...If you still speak to people, speak to me. I will listen. I will do my best to obey.'

As he drove down the main street of his town, he had the strangest thought to stop and buy a gallon of milk.
He shook his head and said out loud, 'God is that you?' He didn't get a reply and started on toward home..
But again, the thought, buy a gallon of milk.

The young man thought about Samuel and how he didn't recognize the voice of God, and how little Samuel ran to Eli.
'Okay, God, in case that is you, I will buy the milk.' It didn't seem like too hard a test of obedience. He could always use the milk. He stopped and purchased the gallon of milk and started off toward home.
As he passed Seventh Street , he again felt the urge, 'Turn Down that street.'

This is crazy he thought, and drove on past the intersection.
Again, he felt that he should turn down Seventh Street ...
At the next intersection, he turned back and headed down Seventh.
Half jokingly, he said out loud,
'Okay, God, I will.'

He drove several blocks, when suddenly, he felt like he should stop He pulled over to the curb and looked around. He was in a semi- commercial area of town.. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst of neighborhoods either. The businesses were closed and most of the houses looked dark like the people were already in bed.
Again, he sensed something, 'Go and give the milk to the people in the house across the street.' The young man looked at the house.. It was dark and it looked like the people were either gone or they were already asleep. He started to open the door and then sat back in the car seat.
'Lord, this is insane. Those people are asleep and if I wake them up, they are going to be mad and I will look stupid.' Again, he felt like he should go and give the milk.
Finally, he opened the door, 'Okay God, if this is you, I will go to the door and I will give them the milk If you want me to look like a crazy person, okay. I want to be obedient. I guess that will count for some thing, but if they don't answer right away, I am out of here.'
He walked across the street and rang the bell. He could hear some noise inside. A man's voice yelled out, 'Who is it? What do you want?' Then the door opened before the young man could get away.
The man was standing there in his jeans and T-shirt.... He looked like he just got out of bed.. He had a strange look on his face and he didn't seem too happy to have some stranger standing on his doorstep. 'What is it?'
The young man thrust out the gallon of milk, 'Here, I brought this to you.' The man took the milk and rushed down a hallway..
Then from down the hall came a woman carrying the milk toward the kitchen. The man was following her holding a baby. The baby was crying.. The man had tears streaming down his face.
The man began speaking and half crying, 'We were just praying ... We had some big bills this month and we ran out of money.. We didn't have any milk for our baby. I was just praying and asking God to show me how to get some milk.'
His wife in the kitchen yelled out, 'I ask him to send an Angel with some.. Are you an Angel?'
The young man reached into his wallet and pulled out all the money he had on him and put in the man's hand. He turned and walked back toward his car and the tears were streaming down his face. He knew that God still answers prayers.

If you aren't ashamed to do this, please follow his directions... Jesus said, 'If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before my Father.'

Not ashamed....Pass this on.

Proverbs 18:22

Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

The Christian Dating Game

Dating, Going Out, Going Steady, Courting, Dating with a Purpose,
Betrothal, Girlfriends, Boyfriends,
If your a certain age and your like me you hear these words a lot!!!!
Random strangers, will simply mention theses words when they hear that I am 18...
and I know that for most young people this is one of the main things that they really concentrate..or ask about. With all these different So-Called ways of finding true love, it can be rather confusing. What is right, how do I find the person that God has for me, without all the Heartache and trouble that comes with most of the ways above.

Well I can tell you that the Worlds way of dating, is definitely not the way, if you want to prevent breaking your heart, and if you want to give your future mate all your Love and all of your heart, then dating is not for you.

A lot of Christians say they are dating with a purpose, but just because you say I'll date Bob this week, because he could be the one I marry, and then go out with Harry the next because your not sure...is not the way to go, I think that would bring even more confusion and heartache as dating the worlds way.

The Truth is we want to Find our future mate....
But instead of constantly looking, we need to let God bring our special someone in our lives.
I know that I myself cannot find a guy that will suit me perfectly, But I know that God knows where he is, and what he is doing. So I know that if I leave this in God's hands...he will bring this person across my path, and Me, my family, and this young man will know it's right.
I know alot of Christian girls think I'm crazy, even my little piano student that I teach thinks I'm crazy...she is a cute little Christian girl, but because of her parents, she already has the worlds standard in finding a guy. She told me that her boyfriend broke up with her, and that he said that if he didn't like his new girlfriend he would come back to her. At first I thought this was funny, here's a little girl not even 11 years old yet and her heart has already been broken...it is so sad how we have let the world tell us, how to find love.
The Bible says ''Trust in the Lord, and do good;...
Delight thyself also in the Lord and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him and He shall bring it to pass.'' Psalms 37:3,4,5
It also says.. ''Hitherto have ye asked, nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.'' John 16:24
And '' Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:26
If you are where God wants you, and you are living for Him...then God will send the one your way, and I have seen many a time, that there is nothing too hard for God.
So you can play the Dating game, you might play your cards right..and find the one, But will you be able to give him all your heart, or does an old beau have a piece that you can never get back . I want to know that God gave me my man, and I want to give the Glory to Him, and I don't want to give my man only a piece of my heart, but I want to give him the whole thing...and I want no regrets, I want God's will for my life...and His perfect mate for me, in His perfect time.
Don't think that is impossible because I can show you example after example of where man thought it impossible, but with God nothing is impossible.
So young people when you hear those words, and people begin to question why your not Dating, or why you don't go out like everyone else, Just remember God knows where you are, and He will bless those that wait on Him.
Oh that reminds me if you have any questions or want some encouragement on waiting on God in this area please check out my friend Katie's blog. I love to read the stories from young ladies who have waited and God brought them the guy of their dreams..hehe please click here Those Who Wait to check it out!

'Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus

Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus
Just to take him at His Word;
Just to rest upon His promise;
Just to know ''Thus saith the Lord.''
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him!
How I've proved him o'er and o'er!
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
O for grace to trust Him more!
I'm so glad I learned to trust Thee,
Precious Jesus, Saviour, Friend;
And I know that Thou art with me,
Wilt be with me to the end.
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him!
How I've proved Him o'er and o'er!
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
O for Grace to Trust Him More!
